Welcome back everyone!
Today's session was yet another robust one for readers, as we witnessed significant movements working in our favor once again. Stocks, indices, and commodities offered tremendous opportunities, which were capitalized upon based on the analysis from last night.
The E-mini and Nasdaq both rallied up to my long target following the release of the CPI report, before selling back down to the long levels and then bouncing through the long targets. The E-mini provided over +52 handles, and the Nasdaq over 200 handles. The anticipation of increased volatility proved accurate, with most of the movement occurring within my predicted levels today.
Oil experienced one of the larger movements, as its price slipped below the 71.04 short level, hitting my 70.58 target before collapsing further, resulting in a total gain of 280 pips in our favor. This massive move is not surprising, given the recent bullish sentiment towards oil. Currently, there is no significant crowding in this market, but this could change with the upcoming COT report.
Gold rallied up to my 2012.5 long target, which accurately top-ticked today's movement before it sold back down, setting the day's low at my 1991.6 short target. The entire range, as called out last night, proved to be spot-on today.
AMD continued its upward trajectory, rallying through the long level and posting another impressive session, contributing significantly to this week's upside potential in stocks.
AAPL provided opportunities on both sides, with an initial sell below the short level leading to a sharp drop, followed by a rally through the long level, resulting in a strong upward move.
META also posted a significant upward move today, nearly achieving over +10 handles of upside above the long level.
TSLA, on the other hand, sold off from the short level with no recovery in sight, bringing about +6 handles of sell-off today.
All these levels are posted daily, so be sure to stay tuned below to ensure you don't miss out!
For tomorrow's analysis, I plan to start by examining the volume profile setup on the E-mini S&P. This analysis will offer valuable insights into the market dynamics and potential strategies for the upcoming trading day.
