Part 2 of the 12/8/25 watchlist

IMNM - Immunome

Immunome is a biopharma company that discovers and develops targeted antibody-based therapies, primarily for cancer.

Another prime example of a sector I typically avoid, but every so often, we will see a setup on the scanner that looks promising. Just like the other stocks, this is well above the moving averages and has taken out a key resistance, just like CBLL. On top of this, we saw a breakout above the value area from 6.30 to 16.75. Ever since, this stock has continued to rally to new highs on the year. As the weeks go by, the volatility on this ticker will begin to rise. Larger legs to the upside will develop for a move back up to the highs at 30. With the stock currently just below 20, this leaves plenty of upside to not only get back to highs but also see a parabolic move higher into the 40s.

With price over the value area and moving averages, we have a strong trend in the making. Price has already surged 18% since being posted to the watchlist over on Discord. While this is considered a swing trade, I like this stock for the years to come for a potential rally above 100. As long as this company continues to develop therapies, then the revenues will continue to climb sharply.

BLD - TopBuild

TopBuild is a US based company that installs insulation and materials for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

This is an Autozone of the building sector, as all buildings need insulation to be completed. With interest rates on the decline and material prices moving lower as well, this is due for another building boom. Not only do I like this stock for a swing to new highs, but being a buyer at the 200 Month Moving Average has worked every single time and has brought strong rallies to all-time highs (ATH). Looking back, we can see that every bounce off this level has rallied to ATH, then met sellers before a move higher. This is the exact case right now. Price is sitting just below ATH, waiting for a surge up to the 600s. Within the next year, I expect price to be well above 500.

If looking to get long for a swing, then a break back over the 10 and 21 Exponential Moving Averages looks to be the best option. Key support for a push higher from here sits at 396, which was the higher low put in last month.

IBP - Installed Building Products

Installed Building Products installs insulation to new and existing residential and commercial buildings.

Just like BLD, this company does the same thing and has the same thesis. Compare the charts, and you will see just how similar the two companies are. You can use the 200 Month Moving Average for long-term bounces on this as well, but you will tend to see some extra drawdown.

Looking at the chart, price is above all moving averages and making higher lows. Key support is the most recent low at 234, which was hit last month. Within a year timeframe, this stock looks primed for a move up to the 350s, and long-term this will very well be above 500 in no time. When it comes to selecting strike prices, I always look for key areas that price will target. The most clear price is just above the ATH, which can fuel a strong breakout. 281 is the level to watch, so a 285/290 strike with a year out until expiration would be what to watch.

FRO - Frontline Plc

Frontline is an international shipping company that operates one of the largest fleets of oil tankers.

One of the most beaten down stocks on the watchlist right now. What becomes appealing is not only the consistent uptrend since selling down to 4, but the fact that price is right back to the 200 Month Moving Average. Currently, we are below both the 10 and 21 Exponential Moving Averages, but once this breaks back above both, we can see another attempt to break and hold above the 200 Month. This can spark a major rally, sending this stock back above 40. The safest entry for this company would be a close over all moving averages to avoid the stock doing nothing. Once above, we can start to see price curl up and squeeze above the 2024 high at 29. The best contracts would be the 30-strike Calls just above the 2024 high. The main part for this trade is a squeeze to new highs, which will place contracts ITM way before expiration.

This will kick off the first week of the watchlist inside this newsletter. Every stock that has hit my scanner and shows a promising setup for a large move will be covered in here, along with option contracts that may be capitalized on. Let’s start by covering the stocks that we have already sent out over in the Discord. While there will be zero stocks that will be added this week, we have many winners to cover, along with stocks that have yet to move since being posted. On October 20th, we added EDU, CBLL, and ZGN to the watchlist. Here’s an example of that post, but I want to point out that all analysis will be much more in-depth inside these posts.

EDU - New Oriental Education and Technology Group

This company provides private education services for children and adults. On top of this, they are the leader in China in this sector.

Fundamentals really mean close to nothing on most of the stocks, but I recommend you understand what a company does for revenue. Many times we will see a few stocks in the same sector post the same setups, which will dictate which of those stocks will provide the strongest move. More often than not, the leader of the sector is where you want to be, but utilizing a few companies is also viable. Just look back to semiconductors, in which Intel was the stock being heavily shorted down to 18 but then saw a strong rally and nearly tripled. Now back to covering my thoughts on EDU.

On October 14th, we saw a strong bounce back with a daily close over the 10 and 21 Exponential Moving Averages. This also confirmed a higher low relative to the dip in September. There were plenty of signs that this stock was due for a strong move higher in the coming weeks. The next session, the stock surged 10%, and the 65 Calls saw a large jump in premium. On top of this, hype started to come in as earnings were right around the corner. Price continued to rise from 52 up to 62 in just over a week. Unfortunately, the party ended after earnings, with price sliding right back down to 52.

While this looks overall negative, last week paired up with today’s session shows this is once again starting to look attractive for a bounce. Price is back above the 10 and 21 Exponential Moving Average and is closing in on the 200 monthly moving average. Every single break over this has produced a strong move. On top of this, we have a short-term downtrend that was broken last week after Friday’s daily close above. Above 54, this stock can really see some legs for the break over highs. Best case scenario for this stock is we rally above the Low Volume Node at 65, then head towards the High Volume Node at 79.

We posted this stock two months ago, but this setup is now back to the same as the entry. Premiums are lower, as time decay has come into effect. The July 2026 60/65 Calls can see a large boom in the coming months.

EDU Daily Chart

CBLL - Ceribell

This company produces an EEG Headband, which enables any trained healthcare professional to begin EEG monitoring in under 5 minutes.

CBLL has seen a large move thus far after being given at 12. Talk about a stock that moved 17% in our favor, only to then drop 21% in two weeks’ time. Most would have run for the hills after a close below the recent low at 11.16. The problem with that is the main level of support sits at 10, which saw a massive rebound back in April. As long as we remain above that level, we can continue to see this rally heat up. From up 17% to down 21% to now back up 73%. Price broke back over the 10 and 21 Exponential Moving Averages, along with breaking a key resistance at 20. The next level to watch is the bounce high back in February at 26. Contracts are already up nearly 200% and have plenty of time remaining until expiration.

Avoid chasing this stock, as this has already seen a monster move higher and continues to rise. Fast-moving stocks in one direction tend to be met with a strong move in the opposite direction. For the weeks to come, I want to see this make a move all the way up to 26.

ZGN - Ermenegildo Zegna

This is a fashion company based out of Italy that specializes in fine fabrics and produces many lines of clothing.

In my opinion, not much excitement comes from a company like this, but we can see a few reasons why this stock is rallying. What first catches my eye is the large volume built up at the lows, which put in a massive value area from 7 to 9.20. Price broke above this value area and has continued to climb out. Both 10 and 21 Exponential Moving Averages are below the current price, with a key resistance right above at 10.91. This level marked a double bottom in 2023/2024 and sits just above the current price. As long as we continue to grind higher while above these moving averages, I expect a break over the 10.91 resistance for a trip all the way up to mid-13s, where volume begins to fade off. Roughly 30% upside is left in this stock for the months to come.

Now let’s shift our focus to the next watchlist that was posted in discord on 11/3/2026.

A week went by, and we covered more stocks, which included ASX, AAPL, SHEL, and LBRT. A few of these tickers were also posted over on X. If you don’t have notifications turned on over on X, then I highly recommend you do so. Sometimes I will drop a few gems over there, two of them being AAPL and ASX. Why don’t we start with AAPL then move on from there?

AAPL - Apple

All of us know what Apple does, but for a quick refresher, they sell hardware all around the world, which includes phones, laptops, computers, watches, and more. What some may not know is the massive, expanding side of the business, which is services. The company already has the largest base of customers in the sector, and the focus now is not only to have customers purchase the hardware every year but to also capture more money by selling services.

Look back to October 14th, which was an uptrend low put in at 244:

Price has surged all the way up to 290 since, nearly reaching the 300 EOY target. Just like all the other stocks posted in here, focus on commons or longer-dated option contracts. What this means is to use LEAPs (minimum one year until expiration) or the furthest expiration contracts offered on the stock. Some companies will not offer LEAPs, so the next best action to take is to use a closer OTM contract to the current price. Time is less in your favor, so avoid keeping the same strike price, as the likelihood of them going ITM drops significantly.

For AAPL, this is no issue at all, as you can go much further than just one year out on contracts. When the tweet was sent, the 285 Calls for September 2026 were at 13.55. After the recent rally up to 290, these contracts rallied all the way up to 33.2 for 145%. Not to mention that you have plenty of time left until expiration, and these nearly went ITM.

Looking at the chart, we have another area of interest for longs that needs to hold if this uptrend is going to remain valid. This is where volume profile shines, as we have a major LVN sitting at 261.22. Price needs to remain above this for the stock to keep strength for the break over 300. If you missed the rally from October, then that would be an attractive area to think about a bounce. To be even safer, wait for the bounce and the reclaim over the 10 and 21 Exponential Moving Averages.

ASX - ASE Technology Holding

ASE Technology is a global leader in semiconductor outsourced manufacturing services, specializing in packaging, testing, and electronic manufacturing services for chips. They serve many tech giants, including Apple, NVIDIA, Broadcom, Qualcomm, and AMD.

Another monster move was provided on this stock after becoming bullish in the 12s. Not only this, but I sent an update over on X for another area of entry once the stock broke over the short-term downtrend. Since going long in the 12s, the stock has rallied 37%, and since posting an update on X, the stock has rallied 16%. These are two strong moves from this ticker, with the stock now back to highs. I think we continue to see a vertical move higher from here once the high is taken out at 16.39. The 15-strike Calls have already seen over a 100% move with plenty of time left until expiration.

The best part of this setup is the fact that this company is at all-time highs while AI continues to dominate the market. We need to see this remain above the two key 10 and 21 Exponential Moving Averages for this to go parabolic. Zero data above the current price opens the door for a move up into the 30s. Chasing price here would not be a great option if looking to go long. The break of the downtrend or the bounce off the 10 Exponential Moving Average was the signal.

SHEL - Shell

Shell is a major company in the energy sector that specializes in oil and gas exploration and production, as well as the marketing of fuels and lubricants.

Just to be clear, this is not a sector I like to take part in, but the setup says otherwise. If you simply look at the chart, you will see how much of a pain this stock has been with moving in a direction. It is consistently grinding higher, but every other week this stock sells to a support level then rallies right back up. On top of this, we currently sit at a multi-year resistance at 73. Price has attempted to break out over this but clearly is struggling. What needs to come is a robust rally out of this massive value area, which consists of 48.40 to 73. While below 73, you have a strong thesis for a sell, and above, you have a strong thesis for a rally. My main focus will be price above all moving averages and a weekly close above the 73 Value Area High.

One more positive for the bull case is that plenty of energy stocks are hitting the scanner. Setups for the coming months look robust, but this has happened many times in the past, only for price to be sold.

LBRT - Liberty Energy

Liberty Energy is based in North America and provides hydraulic fracturing, engineering, and other technologies for onshore oil and gas producers.

One of the key factors for this company is the fact that the current President is doing everything in his power to increase US oil and gas production. This company has the potential for the years to come to see a large move up to the 24 highs set in 2024. Gas prices are seeing multi-year lows under Trump, and I believe this is just the start. Every case scenario right now is pointing higher for this stock. For example, if an extreme comes and oil prices spike based on geopolitical tensions, then this will amplify the urge to increase US production, further pushing this company’s revenues higher. 2024 highs will swiftly be taken out for a move into the 30s. Since posting this to the watchlist, this would bring in an over 100% move on commons.

Looking at the technicals, we can see price is above all moving averages and is now breaking over the massive value area at 10.65 to 18.94. Ideally, price remains above the Value Area High and continues to put volume in above. I think by the end of Trump’s term, this stock can be trading in the 50s.
